Steps:
- If you are installing Joomla 1.5.x please download this version of Joomla.Start.php from here.
- If you are installing Joomla 1.7.x or above please download
Joomla Start modified for Joomla 1.7 and above. - Download Joomla here. Please note: download a zip file format and note the version number you downloaded.
- From your server's control panel (CPanel) create a new database for Joomla and a database user with full access rights tot he database. If you run into problems, consult your hosting provider. Please note the host name, database name, database user name and password, as you will need these during the install process.

- Access your new Joomla Install
- After completion of the steps in the video, via FTP delete the Joomla install zip file and Joomla.Start.php.
